Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

We ask that you please keep your shipping and billing address the same. Please be sure that you are entering the same billing address associated with your bank card. Qveens Divine will not process any orders if billing and shipping address do not match due to possible fraudulent activity. 

*Please note that once your item is shipped, Qveens Divine is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. By purchasing from our website, you are in turn, accepting these conditions. 

REFUND POLICY:

NO REFUNDS!!!

Refunds are ONLY applicable when Qveens Divine is at fault. NO EXCEPTIONS!! 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you received an item that is damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged item, order number and your name.

 UNCLAIMED ITEMS:

If an item(s) goes unclaimed (left at post office, etc.) then your item will be shipped back to our facility and you will be responsible for reshipment of your product. 

HANDMADE ITEMS:

All sales are final with handmade/custom orders. 

Once a deposit has been paid for a custom order, NO changes to your order can be made. 


SALES AGREEMENT:

By placing an order, you are agreeing that you are the card owner of the said card info put in to complete the order. You are agreeing that you have read & understand our shipping & return policy. You understand that all handmade items are non refundable/non returnable.
