Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

Before attempting to return any merchandise, please email info@qveensdivine.com about your issue and we will be happy to assist you.

We DO NOT accept any items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or misused.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! NO REFUNDS!

Returns are ONLY accepted under the conditions in which you recieved the wrong size, color etc. and Qveens Divine is at fault. Under this stipulation, all shipping fees will be paid for at Qveens Divine's expense. 

New product will not be shipped out until the exchanged product is successfully delivered to Qveens Divine. Standard processing & shipping times still apply.

Proof of postage must be presented if a return is made at customer's expense for a refund on return fees.

All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date.
