Free Repairs

Qveens Divine offers free repairs on all handmade items! 

If for any reason any thread comes undone or a reasonable amount of rhinestones come off of your item(s), Qveens Divine will repair it for free.

Customer has to cover their own shipping for item to be sent back which is a fee of $5. Qveens Divine will send an invoice for this fee to customer upon returning item back.

Please send us an email (info@qveensdivine.com) before shipping back with the following information:

• Order number of item being sent back 
• Reason for repair (Rhinestone or Threading)
• Picture of item(s) being repaired. 

Once this information has been sent and Qveens Divine deems the item(s) repairable, items can be prepared for shipment.
